AU - صالح، كهلان رمضان AU - ياس، مراد أحمد AU - نجم، محمد رمضان AB - إن التطورات السريعة والهائلة في شتى فروع المعرفة وتزايد الأعداد المقبلة على التعلم فرض على المتخصصين في مجال التدريس على ضرورة إعادة النظر في الاستراتيجيات المستخدمة لتتلاءم مع التطورات الحديثة في التدريس، وتمثل الحل من خلال الاستراتيجيات والطرائق والاساليب التدريسية الحديثة ومن هذه الاساليب هو أسلوب التعلم المنظم ذاتيا الذي يتيح هذا النوع من التعلم الفرصة الكافية للمتعلمين من التعلم المستمر بجانب التفوق الدراسي، إذ أننا بحاجة إلى تجريب الاستراتيجيات الحديثة في التدريس والتي تمكننا من استخدامها في الدرس للجانبين النظري والعملي لتسهم في رفع مستوى الأداء ومعرفة مستوى التحسن في قابلية الطلاب عند تعلم المهارات الحركية وتحقيق التكامل التدريبي والنفسي في الخطط التدريبية من أجل الوصول إلى أهداف موضوعية لديهم. وقد استنتج الباحثون أن لاستراتيجية التعلم المنظم ذاتيا والأسلوب المتبع من قبل مدرس المادة لهما تأثير إيجابي في تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة القدم، وكذلك تبين أن المجموعة التجريبية التي درست على وفق استراتيجية التعلم المنظم ذاتيا تفوقت على المجموعة الضابطة التي درست على وفق الأسلوب المتبع في تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة القدم، وتبين أيضا أن الاستراتيجية المستخدمة عملت على تشجيع الطلاب للإسهام في الإبداع والابتكار والتدريب والبحث العلمي بما يتناسب مع خبراتهم ومهاراتهم ومواهبهم الشخصية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The rapid and tremendous developments in various branches of knowledge and the increasing numbers of people coming to learn imposed on specialists in the field of teaching the need to reconsider the strategies used to fit with modern developments in teaching, and represent the solution through strategies, methods and modern teaching methods, and among these methods is the method of self-organized learning .This type of learning provides the learners with an adequate opportunity for continuous learning in addition to academic excellence, as we need to experiment with modern strategies in teaching that enable us to use them in the lesson for the theoretical and practical aspects to contribute to raising the level of performance and identifying the level of improvement in students’ ability when learning motor skills and achieving training and psychological integration in training plans in order to reach their objective goal. The researchers concluded that the strategy of self-organized learning and the method followed by the subject teacher have a positive effect on learning some basic skills in football, as well as it was found that the experimental group that studied according to the strategy of self-organized learning outperformed the control group that studied according to the method used in learning some basic skills in football, and it was also found that the strategy used encouraged students to contribute to creativity, innovation, training and scientific research as to their experiences, skills and personal talents.
