AU - عيسى، عبد القادر صالح AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية ومديراتها لأساليب القيادة التربوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقام ببناء أداة الدراسة وهي عبارة عن استبيان يقيس مجالين. ويتكون من (20) فقرة، وبعد التحقق من صدق الأداة وثباتها. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية ومديراتها لأساليب القيادة التربوية في مجال العمل كانت متوسطة، في حين جاءت ضعيفة في مجال العلاقات الإنسانية. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في تقديرات العينة تعزى لمتغير التخصص تصب في صالح التخصص الأدبي، ولم تظهر أية اختلافات في استجابات العينة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. وقد أوردت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها: تدريب مديري المدارس على الكفايات الخاصة بدور المدير كقائد تربوي، واختيار مديري المدارس وفقاً لأسس موضوعية، وتوفير الحوافز المادية والمعنوية للمديرين المتميزين. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed at identifying the extent of practice pertinent to the secondary school principals for how to tackle the school educational leadership within the perception of teachers involved. A descriptive survey strategy was used in the study where the author collected, validated and verified data by using a questionnaire through which (2) scopes and (20) paragraphs, were covered. The analysis discovered that the degree of practice within the work domain was moderately reasonable while the response to the social interaction was just inadequate. It was also noticeable that as the results were discipline driven where the literacy specialty was dominant, the results showed insensitivity to the gender. Based on the study's findings, it was highly recommended that the training programs assigned for the secondary school principals as educational leaders, were imperative. In addition, incentives and perks for first-rate principals would have a very productive impact desired.
