AU - البعلوجي، أدهم حسن AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على الفصل الافتراضي في تنمية المهارات التعليمية الإلكترونية لدى الطالبات المعلمات بكلية التربية بالجامعة الإسلامية بغزة. وقد استخدم البحث المنهجين البنائي والتجريبي وذلك لبناء البرنامج التدريبي القائم على الفصل الافتراضي ضمن بيئة نظام مودلMoodle ، ولقياس الفروق في مستوى امتلاك عينة الدراسة للمهارات الإلكترونية والتي تكونت من (35 طالبة معلمة) قبل التطبيق وبعده. وقد استخدم البحث لقياس مستوى امتلاك المهارات التعليمية الإلكترونية لدى الطالبات المعلمات بطاقة ملاحظة قبلياً وبعديًا. وقد وجدت الدراسة فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين متوسط امتلاك الطالبات المعلمات في مجموعة الدراسة قبل التجربة وبعدها لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وقد أوصت الدراسة باستخدام الفصول الافتراضية في تدريب الطلبة المعلمين في الجامعة الفلسطينية لما لها من أثر وفعالية في التدريس وكذلك دافعيتها لدى الطلبة نحو التعلم. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on the virtual classroom in developing the electronic educational skills of female student teachers at the Faculty of Education at the Islamic University of Gaza. The researcher used the constructivist and experimental approaches to build the training program based on the virtual classroom within the Moodle environment, and to measure the differences in the level of the study sample’s possession of electronic skills, which consisted of (35 female teachers) before and after the application, the researcher used to measure the level of possession of electronic educational skills among female students a before and after note card. The study found statistically significant differences at α ≤ 0.05 between the mean possession of female teachers in the study group before and after the experiment in favor of the post application. The study recommended the use of virtual classrooms in training student teachers at the Palestinian University because of their impact and effectiveness in teaching, as well as their motivation towards learning.
