AU - المهدى، سوزان محمد AU - محمود، أشرف محمود أحمد AU - علي، شيماء علي عباس AB - يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على كيفية تطوير حاضنات الأعمال بالجامعات المصرية على ضوء خبرة SET Squared، ووضع استراتيجية مقترحة لتطوير حاضنات الأعمال بالجامعات المصرية على ضوء خبرة SET Squared، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة وأهداف الدراسة. وتوصل البحث إلى أهمية دور حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في الربط بين مؤسسات البحث العلمي ومراكز التدريب بالجامعات، ودعم بدء الأعمال التجارية على أساس براءات الاختراع التي تملكها الجامعات أو أعضاء هيئة التدريس من خلال نتائج البحوث أو المهارات المكتسبة أثناء البحث أو الدراسة في الجامعة. وقد أوصى البحث إلى تفعيل الشراكة بين حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية وقطاع رجال الأعمال والمؤسسات الإنتاجية الكبرى لتطوير ودعم حاضنات الأعمال بالجامعات المصرية، وتطوير الأنظمة والقوانين الخاصة بتنظيم التراخيص وتبسيط الإجراءات الإدارية اللازمة لتطوير حاضنات الأعمال بالجامعات المصرية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aim of the current research is to identify how to develop business incubators at Egyptian universities in the light of SET Squared experience and to develop a proposed strategy for developing business incubators at Egyptian universities in the light of SET Squared experience. The research utilized descriptive approach to suit the nature and objectives of the study. The research highlighted the important role of university business incubators in linking scientific research institutions and university training centers and in supporting the start-up of businesses on the basis of patents owned by universities or faculty staff members through research results or skills acquired during research or studying at university. The research has recommended activating the partnership among university business incubators, business sector and major productive institutions for developing and supporting business incubators at Egyptian universities, developing regulations and laws of regulating licenses, and simplifying administrative procedures necessary for developing business incubators at Egyptian universities.
