AU - الغنيمي، محمد سلامة AB - التعليم لا يمكن أن يكون هو التمدرس، إنما هو التعلم مدى الحياة؛ لذلك أدرجت التنمية المهنية ضمن غايات أهداف التنمية المستدامة، وتمثلت قضية الدراسة في وضع برنامج يتفاعل مع المعلمين في الجوانب الوجدانية والمعرفية والمهارية، ليتفاعلوا بإيجابية مع النظام التعليمي الجديد الذي يتوافق مع أهداف التنمية المستدامة. وفي هذا الإطار، سعت الدراسة إلى تعريف المعلمين بالمنهج الجديد وتنمية توجهاتهم الإيجابية نحوه. وإلى إثراء المعرفة التربوية للمعلمين باليات التعامل الجيد مع المنهج الجديد. وتطوير أداء المعلمين بما يحقق أهداف المنهج الجديد. كما استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وانتهت الدراسة إلى أهمية التنمية المهنية للمعلمين على وجه الخصوص، وضرورة اعتماد التعليم غير النظامي.
