AU - السبيعي، تهاني محسن AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة فاعلية مدارس المرحلة الإبتدائية للتعلم عن بعد من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس ومديراتها في منطقة العاصمة التعليمية في دولة الكويت. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (55) مديراً ومديرة في منطقة العاصمة التعليمية في دولة الكويت للعام 2020-2021. تم أخذهم جميعاً. وبذلك تكون العينة هي المجتمع نفسه. استخدمت الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدارسة أنّ درجة فاعلية مدارس المرحلة الإبتدائية للتعلم عن بعد من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس ومديراتها في منطقة العاصمة التعليمية في دولة الكويت كانت متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي. وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج فإنها توصي بدعوة وزارة التربية إلى تفعيل أدوار المعلمين للتعلم عن بعد في دولة الكويت ومتابعة مديري المدارس ومديراتها في دولة الكويت لتفعيل معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية للتعلم عن بعد. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed to find out the degree of activation of primary schools for distance learning from the point of view of male and female school principals in the Educational Capital District in the State of Kuwait. The study population consisted of (55) male and female school principals from the Educational Capital District in the State of Kuwait for the year 2020/2021. They were all taken. Thus, the sample is the community itself. The questionnaire was used to collect information, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results of the study showed that the degree of activation of primary schools for distance learning from the point of view of male and female school principals in the Educational Capital District in the state of Kuwait was moderate, and that there were no statistically significant differences attributable to the gender variable, and the presence of statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of experience and academic qualification. In light of the findings of the study, it recommends inviting the Ministry of Education to activate the roles of teachers for distance learning in the State of Kuwait. Also, to let male and female school principals in the educational capital district in the state of Kuwait to activate primary schools for distance learning.
