AU - زيان، سحر زيدان AU - القحطاني، هشام حسين AB - هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى قياس اتجاهات العاملين مع ذوي الاعاقة نحو استخدام التعلم الرقمي، ودرجة امتلاك مهارات التعليم الرقمي لديهن، وتكونت عينة الدراسة (180) من العاملين مع ذوي الإعاقة (الإعاقة العقلية والإعاقة السمعية والإعاقة البصرية وفرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس يوضح أهمية التحول نحو التعليم الرقمي لذوي الاعاقة، وبعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته، تم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا، حيث تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: توافر مهارات التعلم الرقمي لدى العاملين مع ذوي الاعاقة عينة الدراسة، وهذه النتائج تتفق مع بعض الدراسات وتختلف مع بعض الدراسات الأخرى، وانتهت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: عقد دروات تدريبية لمواكبة التحديات والاتجاهات التربوية والتقنية الحديثة في هذا المجال. The study sample consisted of (180) workers with disabilities (mental disability, auditory impairment، visual disability، hyperactivity and distraction. To achieve the goals of the study, the transformation measure was used towards digital education for people with disabilities. The study reached the following results: the availability of digital learning skills among workers with disabilities. The study concluded with a series of recommendations including holding Training courses to keep up with the challenges of educational trends and modern technology in this area.
