AU - محجوب، نعمات AB - هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على القيمة التنبؤية لأبعاد منظور زمن المستقبل في التدفق النفسي لدى عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس جامعة سوهاج عددهم 109 تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (35-47) عاما من الحاصلين على درجة الدكتوراة جامعة سوهاج، وقد تم تطبيق مقياسي منظور زمن المستقبل والتدفق النفسي من إعداد الباحثة، وتم التطبيق في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الجامعي 2020، وقد أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى التدفق النفسي لدى عينة أعضاء هئية التدريس كان متوسطا، وأن بعد التوجه نحو الماضي جاء في المرتبة الثالثة ثم التوجه نحو الحاضر في المرتبة الثانية والتوجه نحو المستقبل في المرتبة الأولى، وهناك قيمة تنبؤية لبعدي التوجه نحو الحاضر والمستقبل للتدفق النفسي من خلال معامل الانحدار الذى يمثل على التوالي (-0.538)، (0.911) دالين إحصائيا، وهذه النتيجة تشير إلى أن بعدي الحاضر والمستقبل يصلح استخدامهما كمنبئات للتدفق النفسي، ولا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة أعضاء هئية التدريس على مقياس التدفق النفسي يعزى إلى سنوات الخبرة التدريسية. It was prepared by the researcher, and it was applied in the first semester of the academic year 2020, and the results of the study indicated that the level of psychological flow of the research sample was average, and that after orientation towards the past came in third place, then heading towards the present in second place and orientation towards the future in first place And there is a predictive value for the two dimensions of the orientation towards the present and the future of psychological flow through the regression coefficient, which represents respectively (-0.538) and (0.911) statistically indicative, and this result indicates that the present and future dimensions are suitable for use as predictors of psychological flow, and there are no statistically significant differences Among the averages of the study sample's scores on the psychological flow scale attributable to years of teaching experience.
