AU - الشمري، ذهب بنت نايف AB - إن العالم يمر بتحول تكنولوجي كبير، وأصبحت الرقمنة هي التوجه العالمي الذي يجتاح جميع المجتمعات، وانتقل الاقتصاد التقليدي إلى التحول الرقمي، وأصبحت لزاما على الجامعات أن تلبي احتياجات التحول الرقمي حتى تتواكب مع التطورات العالمية، وكذلك مع رؤية المملكة 2030، ولهذا قامت هذه الدراسة التي تهدف إلى معرفة متطلبات تحقيق التحول الرقمي للجامعات السعودية في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030، واقتصرت عينة الدراسة على جامعة حائل باعتبارها الجامعة التي تعمل بها الباحثة. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واستعانت بأداة الاستبانة التي وجهت لعينة من 200 عضو هيئة تدريس من قيادات الجامعة على اختلاف مستوياتها؛ رئيس قسم، ووكيل/وكيلة كلية، وعميد كلية، وهدفت الدراسة الميدانية للوقوف على درجة توافر كل عنصر من العناصر التي تحتاجها الجامعة لتحقيق متطلبات التحول الرقمي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن درجة توافر كل عنصر من العناصر التي يحتاجها التحول الرقمي بجامعة حائل متوفر بشكل جيد حيث يبلغ 65.48%، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الدرحة العلمية لصالح درجة أستاذ دكتور، وفي النوع لصالح الذكور. وانتهت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات في ضوء ما تم رصده من الدراسة الميدانية وفي ضوء الدراسات والتوجهات العالمية في هذا الإطار. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The world is going through a great technological transformation, and digitization has become the global trend that is sweeping all societies, and the traditional economy has moved to digital transformation, and it has become imperative for universities to meet the needs of digital transformation in order to keep pace with global developments, as well as with the kingdom’s vision 2030, and the study sample was limited to the University of Hail, as the university in which the researcher works. The study used the descriptive approach and used a questionnaire tool that was directed to a sample of 200 faculty members from university leaders at all levels: Department head, college vice-dean, and college dean. The field study aimed to determine the degree of availability of each of the elements that the university needs to achieve the requirements of digital transformation. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the degree of availability of each of the elements needed by the digital transformation at the University of Hail is well available, reaching 65.48%, and there are statistically significant differences in the scientific degree in favor of a professor’s degree, and in gender in favor of males.
