AU - أبو ناصر، فتحي محمد AU - صالح، شعيب جمال محمد AU - عبود، يسرى زكي AU - المحمد، حمدان بن إبراهيم AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على سمات خارطة الطلاب الموهوبين والمتفوقين الدارسين بجامعة الملك فيصل، وإلى تحديد أنماط الرعاية المناسبة للطلاب الموهوبين بالجامعة، واعتمدت المنهج المزدوج الوصفي والكمي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من الطلاب الموهوبين والمتفوقين بمرحلة البكالوريوس وعددهم (153) تم اختيارهم بشكل قصدي وفق معايير محددة من بين (24920) طالب وطالبة خلال العام الدراسي 2018-2019م. وقد استخدام نموذج مسحي يعتمد على ترشيح الطالب من خلال الكلية، إلى جانب مقابلة مفتوحة شبه مقننة مع الخبراء، وقد تم التأكد من صدق وثبات الأدوات بالطرق المناسبة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة المواهب الفنية كانت الأكثر انتشارا في كليات الجامعة بنسبة (64.5%)، تليها المواهب الأكاديمية والعلمية بنسبة (31.8%)، وإن كلية العلوم استحوذت على معظم المواهب، وأن البرامج الإثرائية الخارجية هي الأنسب لطلاب المرحلة الجامعية. وأوصت الدراسة ضرورة تبني الجامعات برامج لرعاية الموهوبين ضمن النظام الأساسي للتعليم، وضرورة اعتماد لوائح موحدة بما يخص الطلاب الموهوبين بالجامعات السعودية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed to identify the characteristics of the map of gifted and high achievement students at King Faisal University and to identify the appropriate care patterns for talented students in the university. both descriptive and quantitative method used. The sample of the study consisted of gifted and high achievement students in the bachelor's degree (153) who were selected according to specific criteria from (24920) students during the academic year 2018-2019. A survey model based on student nomination used through the college; along with an open, semiformal interview with the expert. The results of the study showed that the Artistic talents were the most prevalent in the faculties of the university by (64.5%) followed by academic and scientific talents by (31.8%) and that the College of Science acquired most of the talents, and that external enrichment programs are the most appropriate for the university students. The study recommended the need for universities to adopt programs for the care of talented students within the basic education system, and the need to adopt unified regulations for gifted students in Saudi universities.
