AB - L’objectif principal de cet article est d’étudier la mobilité pour les études universitaires dans la ville nouvelle Ali Mendjeli. Le travail consiste en la lecture et l’analyse des différents flux de déplacements pour le motif études, pratiqués au sein du territoire de la ville. Il se base sur l’exploitation des données relatives aux origines géographiques des étudiants issues de leurs lieux de résidence et disponibles dans les différents services de scolarité des établissements universitaires de la wilaya de Constantine.L’analyse révèle plusieurs résultats originaux qui nous renseignent non seulement sur la quantification et la direction des flux, mais surtout sur les échelles et l’organisation des déplacements. Le travail présenté devrait susciter des travaux plus avancés sur la mobilité et inciter à une bonne gestion des flux afin d’améliorer les conditions de mobilité pour toute la population de la ville et pour les étudiants en particulier. AB - الهدف الرئيسي من هذا المقال هو دراسة الحركية لدوافع الدراسة الجامعية بالمدينة الجديدة علي منجلي وهوعبارة عن قراءة وتحليل لمختلف التدفقات المتجهة نحو إقليم المدينة الجديدة من اجل التعليم العالي. يرتكز العمل المقدم على استغلال البيانات المتعلقة بالأصول الجغرافية للطلبة الجامعيين بناء على مقر إقامتهم و المتوفرة في مختلف مصالح التدريس التابعة للمؤسسات الجامعية لولاية قسنطينة. تكشف الدراسة عن العديد من النتائج الأصلية التي لا تزودنا فقط عن كم التدفقات واتجاهها، وإنما تفيدنا أيضًا بمعلومات عن مستوياتها وتنظيمها. يجب أن يحفز العمل على المزيد من الدراسات المعمقة حول الحركية ويدعو إلى التسيير الفعال لمختلف التدفقات من أجل تحسين ظروف التنقل لجميع سكان المدينة وخاصة للطلبة الجامعيين. AB - The main objective of this paper is to study the mobility for university studies in the new city Ali Mendjeli. The work consists of reading and analyzing the different movement flows for the study motive, practiced within the territory of the city. It is based on the exploitation of data relating to the geographical origins of students from their places of residence and available in the various academic departments of the universities of the wilaya of Constantine. The analysis reveals several original results which inform us not only about the volume and directions of the flows, but especially on the scales and the organization of displacements. The work submitted should stimulate more advanced works on mobility and encourage good flow management in order to improve the mobility conditions for the entire population of the city and for students in particular.
