AB - The research aims to identify a sample opinion about the recruiting of virtual classrooms in the electronic occupational development programs. The researcher has designed a questionnaire that consists of three aspects composed of (31) statements distributed among a sample of (0135) teachers. The search results, on the advantages of recruiting virtual classrooms in the electronic development program, have shown that both gender teachers of the southern region are pro with a general arithmetical mean of (4.114) degree (Strongly Pro). While the importance of recruiting virtual classrooms in the occupational development scored a general mean of (4.16) degree (strongly Pro). Moreover, the research results indicated that most difficulties are due the slowness of the internet and repeated malfunction. Moreover, research findings showed that there is no statistical indicating difference in the arithmetical means of the samples on the distinctions of the recruitment of virtual classes according to differences in major and age and according to the changes in the years of experience as a whole except the difficulties in using the internet. Moreover, there is a difference in the research sample according to the recruiting of the virtual classes according to change in age. However, there are no differences in the research sample questionnaire according to change in qualifications for all measurement aspects and measurement as a whole except the first aspect and the use of the internet pro the degree of the use that exceeds the average.
