AU - العكيلي، زينة عامر حميد AU - حسن، سميعة علي AB - The current dissertation aims to identify (The Effect of Guidance Program with Model Style in Developing Social Persuasion for Female Students Studying at Preparatory Stage) through achieving the validity of null hypothesis: 1) There are no statistical significant differences at the (0,05) level between the rank scores of control group before and after implementing the program. 2) There are no statistical significant differences at the (0,05) level between the rank scores of control and experimental group before and after implementing the program. 3) There are no statistical significant differences at the (0,05) level between the rank scores of experimental and control group at post-test. This research is limited to female students at Preparatory studying at Preparatory and Secondary Morning Governmental Schools connected to General Directorate of Education - Province of Muqdadia for the academic year 2017-2018. To achieve the purpose of this research and its hypothesis the researcher designed an experimental design of two groups (experimental and control) having pre-test and post-test. The sample of study were (20 female students) at Preparatory Stage from both Preparatory Schools for girls (Al-Bainat and Fatimah Bint Asad) divided randomly on two groups (experimental group) about (10 female students from al-Bainat School) and (control group) about (10 female students from Fatimah Bint Asad School). The two groups have been equaled in some variables which are (student’s grades according to social persuasion scale, academic attainment for both parents, career of both parents, and IQ test (Raven). The researcher builds a social persuasion scale according to Bandura Theory and the sample of scale were (400 female students) at Preparatory Stage in Muqdadia Province. The scale included (44 items) at its first forming and after exposing it to a number of Judges and Specialist in Education and Psychological Sciences, they recommended deleting (5 items) and modifying (13 items) of the scale items. By that they achieved content validity and for stability it has been found by using two means which are re-test reaching (0.87) and Cronbach Alpha Method. The researcher also, implemented a guidance program (Model Style in Developing Social Persuasion) has been prepared for the purpose of developing social persuasion and the validity of guidance program has been checked through content validity by exposing it to a number of Judges in Guidance and Orientation. The program was formed by (12 guidance sessions) divided into (2 sessions) in a week. The duration of one sessions was (45 minutes). The researcher used the following statistical tools (Cronbach Alpha Equitation, T-Test for one sample, T-Test for two independent samples, Chi-Square, Wilkinson Test, Mann Whitney Test, weighted means, percentage weight, Kolmogorove-Smirnove Test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient). The results of research showed the following: 1) There are statistical significant differences at the (0,05) level between the mean score of experimental group before and after implementing the program. 2) There are no statistical significant differences at the (0,05) level between the mean score of control group before and after implementing the program. 3) There are statistical significant differences at the (0,05) level between the ranks of scores of experimental and control group at post-test. The results showed that the guidance program had an effect in developing social persuasion for female students studying at Preparatory Stage. According to the results of research the researcher submitted a number of recommendations and suggestions.
