AU - الغصن، إقبال صالح AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة امتلاك طالبات جامعة الأميرة نورة لمهارات الاستماع التحصيلي في عمليات التعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تألفت عينة الدراسة من (90) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية بجامعة الأميرة نورة في الرياض. وقد قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانة في ضوء مهارات الاستماع التحصيلي التي توصلت إليها والمكونة من ثلاث مهارات رئيسة، وهي مهارة الحوار و مهارة الفهم و مهارة الاستيعاب ، ثم اشتقت منها (14) مهارة فرعية وصاغت منها عبارات الاستبانة. وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى أن الطالبات في جامعة الأميرة نورة يمتلكن مهارات الاستماع التحصيلي بدرجة كبيرة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية والذين يدرسون المواد التربوية في جميع كليات الجامعة. وأن أكثر المهارات التي تمتلكها الطالبات تتمثل في مهارة الحوار حيث احتلت المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط (2.59) يليها مهارة الاستيعاب بالمرتبة الثانية بمتوسط (2.54) ثم مهارة الفهم بالمرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط بلغ (2.45). وقد أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات التي من شأنها أن تهتم بالاستماع التحصيلي، وتعزز تنميته لدى طلاب المراحل التعليمية وخاصة المرحلة الجامعية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aim of this study was to investigate the degree of Princess Nourah University Students' possession of listening skills in distance education operations, from the point of view of faculty members of the college of Education. The researcher utilized the descriptive analytical approach and the sample included 90 faculty members from the College of Education in Princess Nourah University in Riyadh; the researcher designed a questionnaire in light of the attentive listening skills that she developed, which consist of three skills, conversation skill, comprehension skill, and assimilation skill, from which she derived 14 sub-skills and formulated the questionnaire statements. The researcher concluded that: Princess Nourah University students have a great degree of attentive listening skills from the point of view of faculty members of the College of Education, and those who teach educational subjects in all the colleges of the university; the skill that students possess the most is conversation skill as it came in first place with a mean of (2.59), followed by assimilation skill with a mean of (2.54), and comprehension skill in third place with a mean of (2.45). The study proposed a few recommendations that would focus on attentive listening, and reinforce its development in students of all educational levels and the university level in particular.
