AU - مقري، محمد بن أبو بكر مشني AB - هدف البحث الى التوصل لتصور مقترح لتطوير ممارسات قادة المدارس بمنطقة جازان في ضوء القيادة الابتكارية، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وبناء استبانة، طبقت على عينة مكونة من (259) قائدا وقائدة من مجتمع الدارسة، تم تحديدهم باستخدام معادلة كرجسي ومورجان لتحديد حجم عينة الدراسة. توصل البحث الى عدد من النتائج منها: أن أفراد عينة الدراسة من قادة المدارس يمارسون جميع مهارات القيادة الابتكارية بدرجة عالية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات قادة المدارس بتعليم منطقة جازان تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة. تبين ان أفراد عينة الدراسة من قادة المدارس بمنطقة جازان تصادفهم معوقات أثناء ممارستهم للقيادة الابتكارية منها: تقييد القائد بتنظيمات وتعاميم تعيقه عن الابتكار، وعدم الرغبة في عملية التطوير بسبب عدم وجود التحفيز. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The objective of this research is to develop a proposal for developing the practices of school leaders in the Jazan region in the according to innovative leadership. To achieve the research objective, the descriptive method was used, and a four-part questionnaire was built, which was applied to a sample of 259 school leaders, using the Krejcie and Morgan equation to determine the size of the study sample. The research findings are that school leaders practice all innovative leadership skills to a high degree, and there are no significant differences between the average responses of school leaders in Jazan region due to the study variables. The study also finds that the study sample of school leaders in Jazan encounter obstacles in the exercise of their leadership innovation such as: restriction of regulations and circulars that barriers the school leader from creativity and innovation as well as unwillingness to develop due to lack of motivation.
