AU - الزامل، مها عثمان AB - هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادات الإدارية للقيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها بقيادة التغيير في بعض الجامعات السعودية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة صممت الباحثة استبانة شملت (20) فقرة ،وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (205) من الهيئة التعليمية في بعض الجامعات السعودية للعام الجامعي (1439-1440ه)، واستخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لتحليل البيانات، ومنهج الدراسة المتبع هو المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: إن درجة ممارسة القيادات الإدارية للقيادة التحويلية كانت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة تعزي إلى الجامعة، لصالح أفراد العينة في جامعة الملك سعود في جميع المجالات، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لجميع محاور الدرجة الكلية للقيادة التحويلية تعزى لمتغير طبيعة العمل، والخبرة والجنس لصالح الذكور، وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القيادة التحويلية وإدارة التغيير. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The present study aimed to identify the degree of the practice of administrative leaders of transformational leadership and its relationship to lead change in some Saudi universities, and to achieve the goal of the study the researcher designed a questionnaire included (20) paragraph, the sample of the study consisted of (205) of the teaching staff in some Saudi universities for the academic year (1439-1440). The researcher used the appropriate statistical methods to analyze the data. The study methodology is descriptive and analytical. Sample Members at King Saud University In all areas, there are statistically significant differences for all axes of the total degree of transformational leadership attributed to variable nature of work, experience and gender in favor of males, and a statistically significant correlation between transformational leadership and change management.
