AU - الوادعي، مسفر أحمد مسفر AB - تهدف الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى دور مناهج العلوم الشرعية بالمرحلة الثانوية في التوعية بأضرار المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي (تحليل المضمون) من خلال تحليل مقرر الفقه بالمستوى الأول بالمرحلة الثانوية. وقد تكونت أداة الدراسة من بطاقة تحليل المحتوى، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة بأن المتطلب الخامس والذي ينص على: التعريف بأسباب تعاطي المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية قد حظي بالمرتبة الأولى بأعلى نسبة تمثيل في الكتاب، حيث بلغت نسبته (26.4%). كما جاء المتطلب الرابع التعريف بأنواع المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية في المرتبة الثانية بنسبة بلغت (21.7%)، وجاء المتطلب الثالث الأحكام الشرعية المترتبة على التعاطي والإدمان والترويج في المرتبة الثالثة بنسبة بلغت (17.36%). كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة غياب المتطلب الثامن التعريف بأضرار المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية الاقتصادية في المرتبة السابعة ، وكذلك غياب المتطلب التاسع جهود المملكة العربية السعودية في مكافحة المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية في المرتبة التاسعة، والمتطلب العاشر جهود المملكة العربية السعودية في معالجة المدمنين للمخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية في المرتبة العاشرة بنسب بلغت (0.0%). وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الإهتمام بتضمين متطلبات التوعية بأضرار المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية بمقررات العلوم الشرعية، وإبراز جهود المملكة العربية السعودية في مكافحة المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية. The study instrument was the content. The results revealed that the fifth requirement, which defines "the reasons for abusing drugs and psychotropic substances," was ranked first with the highest representation in the book 26.4 %. In addition, the fourth requirement, "definition of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" came second with 21.7%. The results of the study also showed the absence of the eighth requirement "the definition of the damage of narcotic drugs and psychotropic economic substances" in seventh place by (0.0%), as well as the absence of the ninth requirement" the efforts of Saudi Arabia in the fight against narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" in ninth place by 17.36%. Also observed the absence of the tenth requirement "Saudi Arabia’s efforts to treat addicts of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" in tenth place by (0.0%). The study recommended that attention should be given to the inclusion of the requirements for awareness of the damage of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in the jurisprudence course at the secondary stage.
