AU - توفيق، صلاح الدين محمد AU - مشرفي، شيرين عيد مرسي AB - أصبحت الريادة في ظل البيئة سريعة التغير وحدة المنافسة، ضرورة ملحة لمساهمتها الكبيرة في تحقيق المزايا التنافسية المستدامة خلال إيجاد مشاريع جديدة، وتخريج طلاب قادرين على إيجاد فرص عمل في سوق العمل، إذ تطمح أن يكون خريجيها عبارة عن مشاريع اقتصادية واقعية ناجحة ومنتجة تدعم الإقتصاد وتحقق التنمية المستدامة. استهدف البحث الحالي: تقديم إطار مفاهيمي حول الريادية، وطرق التحول نحو جامعة ريادية وأهم معوقاتها، ومبررات الاهتمام بتحقيق المزايا التنافسية المستدامة للجامعات مع وضع تصور مقترح لدور الجامعة الريادية في دعم وتحقيق المزايا التنافسية المستدامة. وأهم ما توصل إليه البحث: أنه صار ضرورياً على المؤسسات وخاصة الجامعات أن تعيد النظر في تحويل دورها من التركيز على التوظيف كجامعات تقليدية إلى التركيز على مبدأ إيجاد فرص العمل. والاهتمام بمواردها البشرية باعتبارها ثروة حقيقية وهي أفضل موجودات المؤسسة الجامعية حتى تصبح جامعة ريادية قادرة على دعم وتحقيق مزايا تنافسية مستدامة. Also by graduating students able to find jobs in the market of business. This is as it aspires to have its graduates to be real economic projects, productive, support the economy and achieve the sustainable improvement. This research aims to introducing a conceptual framework about leadership, ways of converting to a leading university and its most important snags, and justification interest in achieving sustainable competitive advantages as well. The most important findings of this research is that it has become necessary for institutions, especially universities to reconsider converting its role from focusing on recruitment as traditional universities to focus on the principle of creating job opportunities and to pay attention to human resources as its real wealth and are the best assets of the university to become a pioneer university able to support and achieve sustainable competitive advantages.
