AU - الهاشمي، جمانة عبد اللطيف محمد علي AU - أركوبي، مها عبد الله عبد الكريم AB - هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن أهمية البرامج الارشادية للأطفال الموهوبين وأهمية تنمية القيم لديهم بالإضافة إلى كيفية تصميم برنامج ارشادي يلائم خصائصهم واحتياجاتهم، ومن ثم وضع تصور مقترح لبرنامج إرشادي مقترح لتنمية القيم لدى الأطفال الموهوبين في ضوء المعايير العالمية لبرامج الموهبة، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة تقييم للبرنامج بناءً على معايير الجمعية الوطنية الأمريكية لبرمجة برامج الموهوبين لعام 2019 (NAGC). وأشارت نتائج تقييم الخبراء للبرنامج المقترح أنه متطابق بدرجة عالية جداً مع المعايير العالمية المستخدمة في الدراسة بحيث ظهر متوسط مناسبة التصور المقترح للبرنامج الارشادي لتنمية القيم لدى لأطفال الموهوبين وفق المعايير العالمية من وجهة نظر الخبراء والمختصين بدرجة (2.95 من 3) أي بدرجة عالية جداً وقد أجمع المحكمين على أهمية البرنامج واقترحوا بعض التعديلات في صياغة الأهداف الإجرائية وقد تم الأخذ بها، وبذلك أصبح البرنامج المقترح قابل للتنفيذ. وقد أوصت الدراسة بالاهتمام بإعداد البرامج المخصصة للأطفال الموهوبين، وفق معايير، واضحة، وحديثة، ورفع مستوى تقديم القيم وتعليمها للأطفال الموهوبين. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aims to reveal the guidance programs importance of gifted children, and development of values importance for them, and how to implement a suitable mentoring program accommodate their needs and characteristics, then to establish a suggested concept for the development of values mentorship program for gifted children considering the international standards of the talent programs, using the descriptive and analytical method. To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher did a thorough program evaluation questionnaire based on the criteria of the National American association gifted programs (NAGC). The expert's evaluation results of the suggested program indicated a high degree of agreement with the international standards applied in the study, averaging (2.95/3) of appropriate visualization of the suggested indicative program for developing values among gifted children according to the international standards established by experts, which reveals a high degree of concordance rate, and unanimous agreement of the arbitrators on the program importance, suggested some modifications, which have been taken into account. thus, the proposed program became feasible, and the study recommended the interest in preparing specialized programs for gifted children according to clear and updated criteria and raising the level of presentation and teaching the values of gifted children.
