AU - محمد، عبد الرحمن عطيه متولي AU - فراج، حشمت عبد الحكم محمدين AU - الهنداوي، أحمد عبد الفتاح حمدي AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف على مدى توافر متطلبات تطوير الأداء الإداري بقطاع المعاهد الأزهرية في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإستراتيجية، من خلال التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي للأداء الإداري والإدارة الإستراتيجية، والكشف عن واقع الأداء الإداري والإدارة الإستراتيجية بقطاع المعاهد الأزهرية، والتعرف على أراء العينة المستفتاة حول درجة توافر متطلبات تطوير الأداء الإداري للعاملين بقطاع المعاهد الأزهرية في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإستراتيجية، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة ممثلة من العاملين بالأزهر قوامها (564 فرداً) من محافظات (القاهرة - الشرقية - أسيوط)، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة التوافر لمتطلبات أبعاد الأداء الإداري بقطاع المعاهد الأزهرية في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإستراتيجية (متوسطة)، بمتوسط حسابي موزون (1.71)، ويوجد تفاوت في درجة توافر متطلبات تطوير الأداء الإداري بقطاع المعاهد الأزهرية في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإستراتيجية، حيث جاء بُعد "التوظيف التكنولوجي للمعلومات والاتصالات" في المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (1.87)، بينما بُعد "المشاركة" في المرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي (1.62)، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين استجابات العاملين بالمشيخة والعاملين بالقطاع في كافة محاور الدراسة، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين استجابات العاملين بالقطاع والعاملين بالمناطق والمعاهد لصالح القطاع في كافة محاور الدراسة. كما قدمت الدراسة تصوراً مقترحاً لتطوير الأداء الإداري بقطاع المعاهد الأزهرية في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإستراتيجية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to identify the availability of requirements for developing administrative performance in Al-Azhar institutes sector in light of the strategic management approach via identifying the conceptual framework for administrative performance and strategic management and revealing the status-quo of administrative performance and strategic management in the Al-Azhar institutes. The study also aimed to identify the opinions of the surveyed sample on the degree of availability of the requirements developing the administrative performance of those belong to Al-Azhar institutes sector in light of the strategic management approach. The study used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was administered to a representative sample of Al-Azhar workers consisting of (564 individuals) from the governorates of (Cairo - Eastern - Assiut). The results showed that the degree of availability of the requirements of performance dimensions administrative sector of AlAzhar institutes in light of the administration approach was (medium), with a weighted arithmetic mean of (1.71). There was a variation in the degree of availability of the requirements for developing the administrative performance in the Azharite institutes sector in light of the strategic management approach. Participation ranked last, with a mean of (1.62), and there were statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the responses of the institutes principals and the sector workers in all the study dimensions, and there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the responses of the sector workers and workers in institutes in favor of the sector in all dimensions. The study also presented a proposed scenario for developing the administrative performance in the Al-Azhar institutes sector in light of the strategic management approach.
