AU - محمد، هيام قاسم AB - يهدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء مقياس الإيحاء الضدي لدى المرشدين التربويين. وقامت الباحثة بالاطلاع على الدراسات السابقة وتم بناء أدة البحث الحالي التي تكونت من (20) فقرة مقسمة على مجالين وعرضة الباحثة الأداة على المحكمين واستخرجت الباحثة الصدق والثبات، وتمّ تحديد عينة البحث من المرشديين التربويين في محافظة ديإلى وبلغ مجتمع البحث (750) مرشد ومرشدة وتم تحديد عينة البحث من (400) مرشد ومرشدة، وقد تمت الإستعانة ببرنامج الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم النفسية والإجتماعية (spss) في معالجة البيانات، وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن بناء مقياس الإيحاء الضدي للمرشدين التربويين تم وفق المنهجية العلمية، وطبقا للنتيجة التي توصل إليها البحث الحالي، فقد تبلورت بعض التوصيات والمقترحات. The researcher studied the previous studies. The research was constructed from (20) sections divided into two fields and the researcher presented the tool to the arbitrators. The researcher extracted the truth and persistence. Diyala Governorate and the research community reached (750) guides and guides. The sample of the research was determined from (400) guides and guides. The statistical psyches program was used in processing the data. The results of the research showed that the construction of the counter- Vq scientific methodology, and in accordance with the result reached by the current research, it has crystallized some of the recommendations and proposals.
