AU - الزهراني، جمعان محسن محمد AB - هدفت الدارسة إلى بناء تصور مقترح لتحقيق المدرسة للتميز في ضوء معايير التميز المدرسي، وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤالين: ما مجالات التميز في ضوء مؤامة معايير التميز المدرسي؟ وما التصور المقترح لتحقيق المدرسة التميز في ضوء معايير التميز المدرسي؟ ولبلوغ ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تحليل مجموعة من وثائق تضمنت مجالات ومعايير للتميز والمدرسي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى صورة لمجالات التميز المدرسي تكونت من 6 مجالات رئيسة. كما قدمت تصورًا مقترحًا تضمن مبادئ عامة للتميز المدرسي، ومتطلبات فريق التميز المدرسي، إضافة لمراحل رحلة المدرسة نحو التميز، ثم اختتمت بذكر مقترحات وتوصيات تسهم في دعم نتائج الدراسة.
