AU - الطنطاوي، حنان منذر عبد الهادي AB - This study aimed to identify the level of public school principals' practice of technological leadership methods from the teachers' point of view in Jerash Governorate. And to identify the significance of the differences in school teachers' perceptions in estimating the level of school principals' practice of technological leadership methods according to the variable of gender, experience or educational qualification. The study sample consisted of (251) male and female teachers in government schools affiliated to the Jerash Education Directorate, and the study tool was represented by a questionnaire that consisted of (22) items that measure the extent to which technological leadership methods are practiced. The results showed that the level of school principals’ practice of technological leadership methods is high, as the results showed There were no significant statistically significant differences in the practice of technological leadership methods by school principals due to the gender factor. The results also showed the presence of statistically significant differences in the practice of technological leadership methods by the principals of public schools in Jerash governorate that were attributed to the educational qualification factor. The differences were in favor of teachers from Bachelor's campaign. The results also showed that there were no significant statistically significant differences in the practice of technological leadership methods by government school principals in Jerash governorate due to the variable of experience. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are.
