AU - صالح، محمود مصطفى عطية AU - سليمان، مروة سليمان أحمد AB - هدف هذا البحث إلى تعرف أثر نمطا التدريب الإلكتروني (المكثف، الموزع) داخل بيئة تدريب إلكترونية على تنمية مهارات إدارة قواعد البيانات وكفاءة التعلم لطلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم بالدراسات العليا، ولهذا الغرض قام الباحثان ببناء قائمة مهارات إدارة قواعد البيانات، وتصميم بيئة تدريب إلكترونية في ضوء نموذج محمد الدسوقي للتصميم التعليمي، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي في مرحلة الدراسة والتحليل، كما استخدم المنهج شبه التجريبي لتصميم بيئة التعلم الإلكترونية. وتكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (20) طالب من طلاب الدبلومة الخاصة في التربية تخصص تكنولوجيا التعليم وإعداد المواد التعليمية، قسمت إلى مجموعتين كل مجموعة (10) طالب إحدهما تعرضت لنمط التدريب الإلكتروني المكثف والأخرى تعرضت لنمط التدريب الإلكتروني الموزع، وتحددت أدوات البحث في المعالجة التجريبية (بيئة التدريب الإلكترونية) وأداة القياس في (اختبار معرفي في قواعد البيانات، وبطاقة ملاحظة، وبطاقة تقييم منتج)، وتوصل الباحثان إلى أن نمط التدريب الإلكتروني بغض النظر عن نوع النمط كان له أثر إيجابي في تنمية الجانب المعرفي والمهاري المرتبط بمهارات إدارة قواعد البيانات، كما اتضح أن نمط التدريب الإلكتروني المكثف كان له الأثر الأكبر في تنمية مهارات إدارة قواعد البيانات وكذلك أظهرت النتائج ارتفاع كفاءة التعلم عند طلاب المجموعة الأولى التي تعرضت إلي نمط التدريب الإلكتروني المكثف. For this purpose, the researcher design a list of database management skills, and designed an e-training environment in light of a model al-Desouki for educational design, and the researcher used the descriptive approach in the study and analysis stage, and also used the semi experimental approach to design the e-learning environment, and the basic research sample consisted of (20) students of the special diploma in education specializing in educational technology and preparing educational materials, divided into two groups each A group of (10) students, one of whom was exposed to the intense electronic training pattern and the other to the distributed e-training pattern, and the research tools were identified in the experimental treatment (e-training environment) and the measurement tool in (a knowledge test in databases, a checklist, and a product evaluation List), and the researcher reached the intensive e-training pattern had the greatest impact on developing database management skills, as well as the results showed a high learning efficiency among the students of the first group that were exposed to the intensive e-training pattern.
