AB - The current research aims to identify the role of the school administration in activating the social networks of teachers of the schools of the Education Directorate in Tafila Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach, where a questionnaire was designed as a tool for data collection and the research sample consisted of (129) male and female teachers in the schools of Tafila Governorate, and they were selected in the available way. The results indicated a (high) level of the school administration’s role in activating social media networks among teachers of the schools of the Education Directorate in Tafila Governorate, and the field (plans) ranked first with a high degree, followed by the field (dissemination of culture) in the second place with a high degree, followed by the field (needs) ranked third with a high degree. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the effect of the variables of gender and years of experience in the role of school administration in activating social networks for school teachers of the Education Directorate in Tafila Governorate.
