AB - The current research aims to identify the degree of basic school principals' practice of change management skill in the education of Tafila Governorate from the teachers' point of view. The researcher used the descriptive approach, where a questionnaire was designed as a tool for data collection, and the research sample consisted of (75) male and female teachers in the schools of Tafila Governorate, and they were selected in the available way. The results indicated a (high) level of the degree to which primary school principals practice the skill of change management in the education of Tafila Governorate from the teachers’ point of view. Followed by the field (developing a strategic vision for change) in the third rank with a high degree, followed by the field (publishing and communicating the vision of change) at the fourth rank with a high degree, followed by the field (consolidation and stabilization of change in school culture) in the fifth rank with a high degree. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the effect of the variables of gender and years of experience in the degree of basic school principals' practice of change management skill in the education of Tafila governorate from the teachers' point of view.
