AU - الشياب، مارينا أحمد محمد AB - The current research aims to identify the degree of participation of school teachers in the decision-making process in the education of Irbid Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach, where a questionnaire was designed as a tool for data collection and the research sample consisted of (66) male and female teachers in the schools of Irbid Governorate, and they were selected in the available way. The results indicated the level (average) of the degree of participation of school teachers in the decision-making process in the education of Irbid Governorate, and the field (decisions related to students) ranked first with a high degree, followed by the field (decisions related to teachers) in the second place with a medium degree, followed by the field (decisions related to teachers). School building and financial matters) ranked third, with a medium degree. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the effect of the variables of gender and years of experience in the degree of participation of school teachers in the decision-making process in the education of Irbid Governorate.
