AU - حجازي، جيلان السيد كامل AB - هدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية نمط دعم الأداء الموجز في بيئة تدريب إلكترونية قائمة على تحليل التعلم لتنمية الممارسات المهنية لطلاب الدبلومة العامة شعبة علوم. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة بإعداد قائمة بالممارسات المهنية لمعلم العلوم ثم إعداد بطاقة ملاحظة واختبار معرفي في ضوء هذه الممارسات وإعداد محتوى برنامج تدريبي داعم للأداء التدريسي لطلاب الدبلومة العامة شعبة علوم ومن ثم تحليل أداء الطلاب وفي ضوء نتائج تحليل أداء الطلاب الذي تم وجهًا لوجه ومن خلال بيئة التدريب الإلكترونية، وتم إعداد الصورة النهائية لمحتوى البرنامج الداعم وبطاقة ملاحظة أداء الطلاب، ثم رصد النتائج وتفسيرها ومناقشتها وعرض التوصيات والمقترحات. وتوصل البحث إلى فاعلية استخدام نمط دعم الأداء الموجز في بيئة تدريب إلكترونية قائمة على تحليل التعلم لتنمية الممارسات المهنية لطلاب الدبلومة العامة شعبة علوم. وفي ضوء ذلك قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study purpose to measure the effectiveness of using different types of performance supporting according to learning analytics that excluded from e-learning system (canvas) and face to face, for developing of professional practices, thus the supporting teaching performance program will delivered online through "canvas" application, and face to face in the campus and in the practicum schools via reflective discussions, furthermore the supporting program design in light of the natural of students, learning analytics which excluded from data analysis after applying observation rubric the participants are enrolled students in general Diploma at faculty of education, those students were graduated from different faculties such as agriculture and science, in addition, they shift their career and want to be a science teachers, moreover, regarding the tools, researchers create an observation rubric in light of professional practices list, regarding the design methods this study used a mixed-methods design (qualitative and quantitative), appear in applying observation card, also analyze the data that extract from numbers that we have, our hypothesis are there are a significant differences between the pre and post observation card, that applied on experimental group.
