AU - جاب الله، عبد الحميد AB - هدف هذا البحث التحقق من فاعلية برنامج مقترح في الجغرافيا قائم على نظرية تريز لتنمية مهارات التعليم والعمل في القرن الحادي والعشرين لدى طلاب الصف الأول الثانوي، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي ذا التصميم شبه التجريبي، بالتصميم القائم على المجموعة الواحدة، حيث قام بإعداد قائمة بمهارات التعليم والعمل في القرن الحادي والعشرين، و برنامج مقترح ودليل معلم وإعداد مقياس لمهارات التعليم والعمل في القرن الحادي والعشرين مكوّن من (52) مفردة موزعة على (4) مهارات رئيسة هي: (التفكير التحليلي والتفكير الناقد وحل المشكلات والتكيف والمواطنة)، وتم تطبيق البحث على عينة مكونة من (28) طالب بالصف الأول الثانوي. وقد توصل الباحث إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياَ عند مستوى 0.01 بين متوسطات درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لمهارات التعليم والعمل في القرن الحادي والعشرين، لصالح القياس البعدي، وكان حجم تأثير البرنامج كبير جداَ حيث كانت قيمة مربع إيتا (h2) في حالة الدرجة الكلية تساوي (0.991)، وتراوحت في حالة المهارات الفرعية ما بين (0.903 و0.978)، وأوصى بضرورة الاستفادة من البرنامج المقترح ودليل المعلم في الميدان.
