AU - نجدي، رندة الشيخ AU - الرجبي، خضر عيسى AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الصفوف المصغّرة في التقليل من القلق الذي يشعر به طلبة كلية العلوم التربوية في جامعة القدس المفتوحة فرع القدس قبيل التدريب في المدارس المتعاونة. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الكيفي. وتألف مجتمع الدراسة من (65) طالباً وطالبة مسجلين بمقرر التربية العملية (1) في فرع القدس. وتكونت عينتا الدراسة من مجموعة تركيز مكونة من (8) طالبات، ومقابلات منفردة مع (10) طلاب آخرين. وكشفت الدراسة عن قلق يرافق الطلبة قبيل بدء تدربهم في المدارس المتعاونة، حيث أشار (87.5%) من أفراد عينة الدراسة أنهم قلقون من نوعية البيئة التعليمية للمدارس المتعاونة، وأفاد (75%) أنهم متخوفون من مستوى قدراتهم التواصلية مع التلاميذ. وبينت نتائج الدراسة أيضا أن (51.6%) من أفراد العينة وجدوا أن الصفوف المصغرة قادرة على التقليل من مستوى قلقهم قبيل التدريب. ومن خصوصية نتائج الدراسة ما كشفته عن أن (75%) من المبحوثين لديهم تخوفات من الموقع الجغرافي للمدارس المتعاونة بسبب جدار العزل المضروب حول القدس والذي يفصلهم عن أماكن التدريب. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to identify the role of microteaching in reducing the students’ anxiety of the Educational Sciences Faculty at al-Quds Open University (QOU) prior to schools’ training. The study adopted the qualitative approach. The study population consisted of 65 students enrolled in a Practical Education (1) course from al-Quds Branch. The two study samples were 8 focus group students, and conducting individual interviews with 10 students. The study revealed the numbers of students' anxieties, where 87.5% of the study sample indicated that they have concerns about the cooperating schools’ environment. Whereas 75% stated that they are anxious about their ability to communicate properly. On the other hand, 51.6% indicated that microteaching reduced their anxiety prior to field training. One peculiarity of the results revealed that 75% of al-Quds branch students fear the geographical location of the cooperating schools due to the movement difficulty caused by the separation wall.
