AU - طبال، البشير AU - بدر الدين، داسة AU - مرزوقي، أسامة AB - سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى اظهار الاستراتجيات والممارسات الإدارية والتربوية اللازمة لاكتشاف ورعاية المواهب الشابة في مدارس وأكاديميات كرة القدم الجزائرية فى ضوء بعض خبرات الدول المتقدمة، وعليه اعتمدنا في سبيل إتمام هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والقابلة كأدوات لجمع البيانات حول الدراسة، حيث تكونة عينة الدراسة من 22 مسؤول عاملين في الاتحاديات والأكاديميات الجزائرية لكرة القدم وبعد تكميم وتحليل النتائج تم التوصل إلى النتائج الاتية: 1) الالتزام بمبادرة تطوير سياسة الكرة الجزائرية، والخطة الإستراتيجية التي يمكن اتباعها. 2) تبني تحليل الحاجات والتواصل في سياسة رعاية الموهوبين والأهداف المرجو تحقيقها. 3) القضايا التنظيمية وما يتعلق بالأدوار والمسئوليات التي تقع على عاتق فريق العمل المسئول عن الموهوبين في تنفيذ السياسة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current study sought to show the administrative and educational strategies and practices necessary to discover and nurture young talents in Algerian football schools and academies in light of some of the experiences of developed countries, and accordingly we have adopted in order to complete this study the descriptive and midwife approach as tools to collect data about the study, where the study sample consists of 22 officials Workers in the Algerian football federations and academies. After muzzling and analyzing the results, the following results were reached: 1) Commitment to the initiative to develop Algerian football policy and the strategic plan that can be followed. 2) Adoption of needs analysis and communication in the talented care policy and the desired goals. 3) Organizational and issues related to the roles and responsibilities of the work team responsible for the gifted in implementing the policy. Après avoir muselé et analysé les résultats, les résultats suivants ont été atteints: 1) Engagement à l'initiative de développer la politique algérienne de football et le plan stratégique à suivre. 2) Adoption de l'analyse des besoins et de la communication dans la politique de soins de talent et les objectifs souhaités. 3) Organisation et problèmes liés aux rôles et responsabilités de l'équipe de travail responsable des surdoués dans la mise en œuvre de la politique.
