AU - حناوي، مجدي محمد رشيد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث في اتجاهات مديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية نابلس نحو توظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في أعمالهم الإدارية، والكشف عن دور عدد من المتغيرات في تلك الاتجاهات، وتحديد واقع هذا التوظيف ومعيقاته من وجهة نظرهم، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينتها من (94) مديرا ومديرة أخذت بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام 2018-2019م، واستخدمت الاستبانة والمقابلات لجمع البيانات، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن اتجاهات مديري المدارس نحو استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في أعمالهم كانت مرتفعة جدا في مجالي متابعة الأعمال الإدارية ذات العلاقات الداخلية للمدرسة، ومتابعة الأعمال الإدارية ذات العلاقات الخارجية للمدرسة، كذلك كانت الدرجة الكلية للاتجاهات مرتفعة جدا، وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية في تلك الاتجاهات تعزى لمتغير (التقدير العام لمهارات استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات)، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تلك الاتجاهات تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس والتخصص ومستوى المدرسة)، كما كشفت الدراسة عن واقع توظيف مديري المدارس لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في أعمالهم الإدارية وعدد من معيقاته، وأبرزها: عدم إتقان مهارات استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لدى عدد من مديري المدارس، وبخاصة فئة كبار السن منهم، إضافة إلى عدم توافر بعض التطبيقات المحوسبة الخاصة بالمهام الإدارية في المدرسة، كما أن هناك عدداً من المدارس تفتقر لتوافر الاتصال بشبكة الانترنت، ومدارس أخرى تفتقر لأجهزة الحواسيب وملحقاتها، أو أن تلك الأجهزة قديمة لا تتماشى مع الأنظمة والبرمجيات الحديثة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed at investigating the attitudes of Palestinian public school principals in Nablus Educational Directorate towards the use of ICT in their administrative work in addition to exploring the effect of some variables on these attitudes, and to identify the reality of this use, and the obstacles that hinder this use. The descriptive analysis approach was used with a random sample consisting of 94 male and female principals who responded to an interview and a questionnaire that covered two major domains in the first semester of 2018-2019. The results revealed that the school principals’ attitudes towards the use of ICT in their administrative work was very high in both domains of the questionnaire, and in the total degree of the attitudes, while there were statistically significant differences in these attitudes that can be attributed to overall evaluation of ICT skills. On the other hand, there were no statistically significant differences that can be attributed to the variables of gender, specialization, and school level. The study also revealed the reality of school principals’ use of ICT in their administrative work, and a number of obstacles that hinder school principals from using ICT in their administrative work.
