AU - مفلح، محمد خليفة محمد AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة استخدام معلمي المرحلة الثانوية لمستحدثات التكنولوجيا في التعليم في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، وذلك على عينة مكونة من (317) معلماً ومعلمة في مديرية تربية وتعليم لواء المزار الشمالي تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المُتيسرة، وذلك ممن قابلهم الباحث في مدراس مديرية تربية وتعليم لواء المزار الشمالي وذلك للفصل الدراسي الثاني 2019-2018، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسـة استخدم الباحث مقياس معرفة المعلم بالتكنولوجيا (Teacher - Knowledge of Technology: TKT)، وطبق منه بعد استخدام مستحدثات تكنولوجيا التعليم. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة استخدام معلمي المرحلة الثانوية لمستحدثات التكنولوجيا في التعليم كانت مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى للجنس، والخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج فقد أوصى الباحث بتكثيف الدورات التدريبية للمعلمين والمعلمات بهدف تزويدهم بخبرات جديدة في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم. The sample consisted of 317 male and female teachers at northern al-Mazar education directorate, chosen using the available sampling method, for the second semester of the academic year 2018/ 2019, the researcher used a descriptive approach. In order to achieve the study objectives, the researchers used the scale of teacher - knowledge of technology (TKT) through applying the dimension of using instructional technology innovations. The results indicated that the degree of using instructional technology innovations among the secondary stage teachers was high. There were no statistical significant differences related to gender, experience, and scientific qualification. The researcher recommends intensifying training courses for male and female teachers to acquaint them with new experiences in the field of instructional technology.
