AU - توفيق، عاشور AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية التكوين البيداغوجي للأساتذة ودوره في تحسين من الكفاءة المهنية لديهم، واستعملنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، أما بالنسبة لمجتمع البحث فتمثل في أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لولاية البويرة والمتمثل عددهم في 150 أستاذ، وبخصوص الوسائل الإحصائية فقد تم استعمال النسبة المئوية وكاف تربيع (X2)، ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن التكوين البيداغوجي للأساتذة يساهم في تحسين كفاءة التدريس وكذلك التقويم. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed to know the importance of the pedagogical training of teachers and its role in improving their professional competence, and we used in this study the descriptive method, as for the research community, it is represented by the professors of physical education and sports in the state of Bouira, whose number is 150 professors, and with regard to statistical methods, the percentage was used and enough squared (X2), and one of the most important results reached is that the teaching training of teachers contributes to improving the efficiency of teaching as well as evaluation.
