AU - عبد الرازق، وفاء محمود AB - هدفت الدراسة الكشف العلاقة بين عادات العقل والتفكير الإيجابي لدى طالبات الجامعة، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (400) طالبة من طالبات الجامعة تم اختيارهن بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، وتم تطبيق مقياس عادات العقل ومقياس التفكير الايجابي على افراد العينة من إعداد الباحثة،. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة توافر بعض عادات العقل لدى طالبات الجامعة حيث احتلت العادة العقلية (طرح الأسئلة وبحث المشكلات) المرتبة الأولى، بينما احتلت عادة التفكير وراء المعرفي المرتبة الأخيرة بين عادات العقل. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أيضا وجود مستوى مرتفع من التفكير الإيجابي لدى أفراد العينة، كما تبين أن بعد التفاؤل والتوقعات الإيجابية قد احتل المرتبة الأولى لدى أفراد العينة بينما جاء بعد الضبط الانفعالي في المرتبة الأخيرة بين أبعاد التفكير الإيجابي،. هذا وقد أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات وكذلك اقترحت عدد من الدراسات المستقبلية في ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها. The results of the study showed the availability of some habits of mind among university students, where the mental habit (asking questions and researching problems) ranked first, while the habit of metacognitive thinking ranked last among the habits of mind. The results of the study also showed a high level of positive thinking among the sample members, and it was found that the dimension of optimism and positive expectations ranked first among the sample members, while emotional control came in the last rank among the dimensions of positive thinking. The study recommended a number of recommendations as well as suggested a number of future studies in light of the results that have been reached.
