AU - خاتم، محمد حسين أحمد AB - هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية المقترحة في مجال النمو المهني لمعلمي الكيمياء في المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة صنعاء من وجهة نظر المعلمين والموجهين، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث طبق استبانة على عينة البحث التي قوامها (53) معلمًا وموجهًا تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وتكونت هذه الاستبانة من (46) فقرة توزعت في ستة مجالات هي: (التخطيط للتدريس، التدريس الفعال، استراتيجيات وطرائق التعليم والتعلم، توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم، استخدام المختبر، التقويم). واستخدام الباحث برنامج SPSS لمعالجة البيانات وحساب التكرارات والنسب المئوية، والوزن النسبي، والمتوسطات، وتوصل البحث إلى أن هذه الاحتياجات التدريبية تعتبر ماسة لمعلمي الكيمياء من وجهة نظر العينة، وأن أعلى نسبة احتياج كان في مجال توظيف التكنولوجيا، وأقلها في مجال التخطيط، وأظهرت الدراسة وجود فرق غير دال بين استجابات المعلمين والموجهين، لصالح المعلمين. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed to identify the proposed training needs in the field of professional growth for chemistry teachers at the secondary stage in Sana’a Governorate from the point of view of teachers and mentors. To achieve this, the descriptive survey method was used, where a questionnaire, consisting of (46) items, was administered to a sample of 46 teachers and mentors. The questionnaire covered six areas: (Teaching planning, effective teaching, teaching and learning strategies and methods, employing educational technology, laboratory use, evaluation). The data was analyzed by using the SPSS program to calculate frequencies, percentages, relative weight, and means. The findings revealed that the need to use technology received the highest percentage and the lowest important need was planning. The findings also showed there was a statistically insignificant difference between the responses of teachers and mentors, in favor of teachers.
