AU - سلهب، سامي عبد الفتاح AB - This study aimed at distinguishing the most important difficulties of E-learning facing the faculty members at the University College of Applied Sciences - Gaza, Palestine. For this purpose, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of three dimensions (material difficulties, technical difficulties, and training difficulties). The study was conducted on a sample of 69 faculty members at the University College of Applied Sciences who were chosen by the simplified sample snowball method to present (54%) of the study population. The researcher sent the questionnaire via the Google Form link through the mail of the Scientific Research Department of the University College. Among the most important findings of the study, the results revealed opposition to the existence of material, training, and technical difficulties, as the percentage of supporting its presence reached 51.17%, 45.12% and 35.26% respectively. The study indicated that there are statistically significant differences between males and females at the level of material difficulties in favor of the males, while there are no differences between them in the other difficulties. Also, the study did not find statistically significant differences between the opinions of the faculty members on “the level of material, technical, and training difficulties due to the variable of the academic qualification, the academic department, and years of experience. The study recommended intensifying the efforts excreted to overcome the difficulties facing the faculty members and providing the necessary tools for them with intensive courses to develop the technical skills necessary for E-learning.
