AU - السرديهه، هيا مروح خلف AB - The study aims to evaluate the performance of educational organization dedicated to special needs in Saudi Arabia according to other countries experience to stand the weakness and the power of different performance elements of the educational organization dedicated to the special needs, and the problems that faces the educational system, to guarantee the quality of these organization. The researcher uses the descriptive approach to fulfill this goal, and a questionnaire was designed and applied on special need students teachers. The sample was intentional chosen. Statistical tools used to calculate the average and the standard deviation. The results of this study are: 1) The general average was 3.5; 2) the evaluation factor was the first with average=3.88; 3) the education factor was the last with average=3.3. The recommendations are as following: 1) Coordination between the special needs organization and the specialists foundation to provide the basics needs. 2) Training courses to raise the awareness about using performance evaluation in special needs organization.
