AU - برباخ، رابح AU - مجادي، رابح AU - بوزيد، أوشن AU - مرنيز، أسامة AU - عثماني، عبد القادر AU - سعيدي، مصطفى AU - دمان، عمر AB - هدف الدراسة العام: التعرف على أساليب إدارة الوقت وأثرها على الإبداع الإداري في معاهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية في الجزائر. المجتمع وعينة الدراسة: جميع مدراء ونواب ورؤساء أقسام ومعاهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بالجزائر، والبالغ عددهم ب 95 مدير ونائب مدير ورئيس قسم في معاهد وأقسام علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية، واخترنا منهم عينة عشوائية عنقودية من المجتمع الأصلي، مايمثل نسبة 71.57% من مجتمع الدراسة. أدوات الدراسة: استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستبيان مدرج على مقياس ليكرت الخماسي كأداة لجمع البيانات أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: 1) توجد درجة عالية لاستخدام أساليب إدارة الوقت لدى المدراء ونوابهم ورؤساء الأقسام العاملين بمعاهد وأقسام علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بالجزائر. 2) يوجد مستوى عالي من الإبداع الإداري لدى المدراء ونوابهم ورؤساء الأقسام العاملين بمعاهد وأقسام علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بالجزائر. 2) توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ≥α) بين أساليب إدارة الوقت (الإدارة بالأهداف – الإدارة بالتفويض – الإدارة الذاتية) والإبداع الإداري (الأصالة – الطلاقة – المرونة – المخاطرة – القدرة على التحليل – الحساسية للمشكلات – الخروج عن المألوف) لدى المدراء ونوابهم ورؤساء الأقسام العاملين بمعاهد وأقسام علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بالجزائر. أهم الاقتراحات: 1) الاستمرار على هذا المنهج في إدارة الوقت، مع معالجة نقاط الضعف والتطوير المستمر لأسس ومهارات إدارة الوقت. 2) تدريب الإداريين في مختلف الأقسام الإدارية على المهارات التي يحتاجها تطبيق أساليب إدارة الوقت. 3) عقد ورش عمل ودورات تكوينية منتظمة تساعد القيادات الإدارية بالجامعة على تطوير ثقافة الإبداع الإداري والاستفادة من الخبرات المختلفة لدى بعضهن البعض. 4) اقتراح تبني أساليب إدارية حديثة على غرار إدارة الجودة الشاملة وإدارة المعرفة والتي من شأنها الرفع من مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى أفراد العينة. The society and the sample of the study: All the directors, deputies and heads of the departments and institutes of science and technology of physical and sports activities in Algeria, which are 95 director, deputy director and head of the departments and departments of science and technology of physical and sports activities, and we selected a random sample of The original community, representing 71.57% of the study population. Key suggestions: Continue this approach in time management, while addressing the weaknesses and continuous development of the basics and skills of time management. Training managers in various administrative departments on the skills required by the application of time management methods. Holding workshops and regular training sessions to help the administrative leaders of the university to develop a culture of administrative innovation and benefit from different experiences of each other. -The proposal to adopt modern administrative methods along the lines of Total Quality Management and Knowledge Management, which will increase the level of administrative creativity among the sample members.
