AB - هدفت دراستنا إلى معرفة دور أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في تنمية بعض الصفات النفسية لدى تلاميذ الرابعة متوسط وجلب الانتباه والتنويه بأهمية أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية الذي يساهم على سلامة وصحة النفسية للتلاميذ. وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي لملائمته طبيعة البحث, وكوسيلة لجمع المعلومات استعملنا الاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على عينة البحث والمقدرة ب 40 أستاذا لمادة التربية البدنية والرياضية لدائرة عين ولمان وقد أسفرت النتائج بأن لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية تأثير كبير على الجانب النفسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط حيث يعمل الأستاذ على تعزيز ثقة التلاميذ بأنفسهم وحثهم على أبراز جميع قدراتهم، كذلك تنمية الاتزان الانفعالي لديهم عن طريق مساعدتهم في التحكم بانفعالاتهم وتقبل آراء بعضهم البعض وغيرها. AB - The present research is conducted to scrutinize the significance of sports and physical education in boosting such psychological factors as self-confidence and emotional control. It also seeks to stress the importance of the sports teacher who contributes largely to improving learners’ psychological health. The nature of the research requires a descriptive method; thus, the researcher -in an attempt to gather data- designed and administered a questionnaire to a sample group of 40 sports teachers in Ain Oulmene City. The findings of this research paper reveal that sports and physical education immensely affects the psychological aspect of fourth year middle-school learners in the sense that the teacher of this school subject strives to promote his/ her pupils’ self-esteem, stimulates them to manifest all their abilities and enhances their emotional balance helping them to manage their feelings and emotions and accept others’ opinions leniently.
