AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع المهارات التدريسيةلأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط، وكذا في التوصل إلى إدراك الفروق حسب متغيرات الدراسة (السن، المؤهل العلمي، الأقدمية في التدريس). وذلك على عينة تكونت من (40) أستاذ تربية بدنية ورياضية بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط، اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية، وذلك من مجتمع البحث المتكون من جميع أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في ولاية المسيلة، والبالغ عددهم (325) أستاذا، وذلك حسب إحصاءات العام 2019/2020. وانتهج الباحث المنهج الوصفي وهذا لأنه الأنسب في مثل هذه الدراسات، أما فيما يخص أدوات الدراسة فقد استخدم إستبانة مكونة من (21) فقرة، موزعة على ثلاث مجالات هي التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقويم تم الاستجابة عن هذه المجالات من خلال مقياس ليكرت الخماسي. واعتمد الطالب في معالجته على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية Spss، وكذلك أسلوب الإحصاء الاستدلالي أسلوب تحليل التباين (One Way Anova) لاختبار فروق الفرضيات. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: 1) هناك ممارسة فعلية للمهارات التدريسية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط. 2) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المهارات التدريسية بين الأساتذة يعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (السن، المؤهل العملي، الأقدمية في التدريس). AB - The study aimed to identify the reality of the teaching skills of teachers of physical education and sports in the intermediate education stage, as well as to reach an awareness of the differences according to the study variables (age, academic qualification, seniority in teaching). This is based on a sample consisting of (40) teachers of physical education and sports in the intermediate education stage, chosen randomly, from the research community consisting of all the professors of physical education and sports in the state of M'sila, whose number is (325) professors, according to the statistics of the year 2019/2020. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach, and this is because it is the most appropriate in such studies. As for the study tools, he used a questionnaire consisting of (21) items, distributed into three areas: planning, implementation and evaluation. The response to these areas was through the five Likert scale. In his treatment, the student relied on the Spss program, as well as the inferential statistics method, the One Way Anova method for testing the differences of hypotheses. The results of the study showed the following: 1) There is an actual practice of the teaching skills of teachers of physical education and sports in intermediate education. 2) There are no statistically significant differences in the level of teaching skills among professors due to the study variables (age, practical qualification, seniority in teaching). AB - L'étude visait à identifier la réalité des compétences pédagogiques des enseignants d'éducation physique et sportive au niveau de l'enseignement intermédiaire, ainsi qu'à prendre conscience des différences en fonction des variables de l'étude (âge, diplôme universitaire, ancienneté dans l'enseignement). Celle-ci est basée sur un échantillon composé de (40) professeurs d'éducation physique et de sport au cycle intermédiaire, choisis au hasard, parmi la communauté de recherche composée de tous les professeurs d'éducation physique et sportive de l'état de M'sila, dont le nombre est de (325) professeurs, selon les statistiques de l'année 2019/2020. Le chercheur a adopté l'approche descriptive, et c'est parce qu'elle est la plus appropriée dans de telles études. Quant aux outils d'étude, il a utilisé un questionnaire composé de (21) items, répartis en trois domaines: planification, mise en œuvre et évaluation. La réponse à ces domaines s'est faite par l'échelle de cinq Likert. Dans son traitement, l'étudiant s'est appuyé sur le programme Spss, ainsi que sur la méthode des statistiques inférentielles, la méthode One Way Anova pour tester les différences d'hypothèses. Les résultats de l'étude ont montré ce qui suit: 1) Il existe une pratique concrète des compétences pédagogiques des professeurs d'éducation physique et sportive dans l'enseignement intermédiaire. 2) Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives dans le niveau de compétences pédagogiques des professeurs en raison des variables de l'étude (âge, qualification pratique, ancienneté dans l'enseignement).
