AU - إندرقيري، ميساء عبد الرحمن صالح AB - The sample of the study consisted of "60" female kindergarten teachers: they were randomly chosen from the private kindergarten schools in Jeddah, divided into three regions. The study tools are an Interview with educational supervisors to obtain data and information needed by the researcher. And a note card to measure the level of training skills required by a kindergarten teacher to give the child scientific concepts (researcher preparation). And an indicative model for the kindergarten teacher to explain the basic methods necessary to provide the child with scientific concepts in light of the good employment of teaching skills (prepared by the researcher). The study recommends offering an advanced program to prepare the kindergarten teacher on skills, taking into account the teaching skills to be developed and then analyzing them for behavioral sub-tasks and describing them accurately and translating them into teaching positions with the aim of teaching their performance through a training method that can give the kindergarten teacher the knowledge and skills necessary for teaching.
