AU - عبد الحميد، محمد مهدي مجيد AU - كرماش، حوراء عباس AU - عبيد، رياض هاتف AB - The current research aims to build a training program to develop the understanding of the spoken language by students with learning difficulties and to know how effectively they can develop this skill. The experimental sample was used to build the program. The sample of the sample consisted of (10) students who were diagnosed with learning difficulties in the fourth grade of primary education in the primary school in the province of Babil in the academic year 2018- 2019). To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher prepared a test to measure the comprehension of the audible language and applied it to the students before and after the sessions of the training program. After confirming the indications of truthfulness and consistency, the data were collected and analyzed by extracting the arithmetical averages, standard deviations and t test. The results of the study indicated significant differences statistics between the grades of students in the tribal test and their grades in the post-test after the application of the training program indicates the effectiveness of the training program in developing the skill of understanding the spoken language in the research sample.
