AB - This study aims at identifying the degree of the practicing the method of the participatory supervision by the educational supervisors in the north-west Badia district in mafraq governorate. The study sample consisted of (65) teachers of social education Course in primary and secondary schools in the directorate of education of the north-west Badia district in Mafraq governorate during the second semester of the academic year (2019/2018). To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (33) paragraphs. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing participatory supervision by the educational supervisors in the north-west Badia district in Mafraq governorate was significant. The results showed no statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample of the study due to the independent study variables (gender, years of experience), and there are statistically significant differences due to the effect of gender interaction and years of experience.
