AU - الرويلي، سعود بن رغيان AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تطبيق التربية القانونية في جامعة الحدود الشمالية من وجهة نظر الطلبة، والكشف عن فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابة عينة الدراسة حول مدى تطبيقها تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ومتغير التخصص، بالإضافة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتطبيق التربية القانونية في جامعة الحدود الشمالية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، حيث طُبِّقت أداة الاستبانة على عينة طبقية بلغت (227) طالبا وطالبة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة تطبيق التربية القانونية بجامعة الحدود الشمالية من وجهة نظر الطلبة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مدى تطبيق التربية القانونية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وكذلك توصلت إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مدى تطبيق التربية القانونية تعزى لمتغير التخصص، وجاءت الفروق لصالح التخصص النظري، وكما قدمت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا لتطبيق التربية القانونية في جامعة الحدود الشمالية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The purpose of this study was to identify the reality of applying legal education at Northern Border University from students’ perspectives. A related purpose was to explore the differences between the students’ according to gender and major and develop a proposed conceptualization of the application of legal education at the Northern Border University. A total of 227 male and female students responded to a questionnaire. The study concluded that the application level of legal education at Northern Border University was medium. The study also showed no statistically significant differences in the application of legal education attributed to students’ gender while there was a significant difference attributed to students’ major. The differences were in favor of students in humanities majors. The study presented a proposed conceptualization for the application of legal education at the Northern Border University.
