AU - حسن، منال موسى سعيد AU - إبراهيم، هبة زيدان سيد AB - هدف البحث الحالى إلى التعرف على مستوى كلا من التفكير الاستراتيجي والمواطنة التنظيمية لدى القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة الوادي الجديد، وكذلك التعرف على علاقة أنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي بسلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية لديهم، والكشف عن أى أنماط التفكير الاستراتيجى أكثر تنبؤا بسلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية، وتكونت مجموعة البحث من (139) عضو هيئة تدريس بمختلف كليات جامعة الوادى الجديد خلال الفصل الدراسى الأول من العام الجامعى 2020/2021م، واستخدم البحث استبانتى التفكير الاستراتيجى وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، وتوصل البحث إلى أن مستوي كلا من التفكير الاستراتيجي وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية كان مرتفعا، كما وجدت علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين أنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي لدى القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة الوادي الجديد وسلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية لديهم، وأنه يمكن التنبؤ بسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية من أنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي، وأن التفكير التجريدي أكثر أنماط التفكير الاستراتيجى تنبؤا بسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، يليه التفكير التشخيصي، ثم التفكير التخطيطي، وأخيرا التفكير الشمولي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current research aimed at identifying the level of both strategic thinking and organizational citizenship among academic leaders at new valley university, as well as to identifying the relationship of strategic thinking patterns to their organizational citizenship behaviors, and revealing which patterns of strategic thinking are more predictive of organizational citizenship behaviors, the research group consisted of (139) faculty member in various faculties of new valley university during the first semester of the academic year 2020/2021 AD, and the research used two questionnaires: strategic thinking and organizational citizenship behaviors, the research found that the level of both strategic thinking and organizational citizenship behaviors was high, also a statistically significant correlation was found between patterns of strategic thinking of academic leaders at new valley university and their organizational citizenship behavior, and that organizational citizenship behaviors can be predicted from strategic thinking patterns, and that abstract thinking is the most predictive of strategic thinking patterns, followed by diagnostic thinking, then schematic thinking, and finally holistic thinking.
