AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلبة الجامعة الهاشمية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي من خلال تطوير مقياس للمواطنة الرقمية تكون من (28) فقرة ، وبعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته تم تطبيقه على عينة من (524) طالب وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة حسب متغيرات (الجنس، الكلية، المستوى الدراسي، المعدل التراكمي) من طلبة الجامعة الهاشمية في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الجامعي 2019/ 2020. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلبة الجامعة الهاشمية مرتفعاً، وأن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيرات (الكلية) ولصالح الكليات الإنسانية، ولمتغير (المستوى الدراسي) ولصالح طلبة السنة الدراسية الثانية، ولمتغير (المعدل التراكمي) ولصالح تقدير جيد . وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير (الجنس ). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة نشر مفهوم المواطنة الرقمية بين طلبة الجامعات وتوعيتهم في أهميتها في حياتهم، كما توصي الباحثة أيضاً، بأخذ المتغيرات الأربعة (الجنس، الكلية، المستوى الدراسي، المعدل التراكمي) وتطبيقها على عدد أكبر من الطلبة وخاصة متغيرات (الكلية والمستوى الدراسي والمعدل التراكمي) بسبب وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية. AB - This study aims to know the level of digital citizenship for the students at Hashemite University. The searcher follows the descriptive methods to achieve the goals of this study through improve the level of digital citizenship which consists of 28 paragraphs. After it has been approved it has been applied on a sample of 524 students have been chosen randomly according to (sex, collage, the level of study, cumulative average) of the students at Hashemite University through the first semester of the year 2019-2020. The study of the level of digital citizenship shows high level for the students at Hashemite University and there is statistical significance differences due to changes in (collage) goes for the sake of human collages. And (the level of study) goes for the second-year students, and (cumulative rate) goes for good assessment and there is no any statistical significance differences goes for the sake of (sex). The study recommends the necessity of spreading the concept of digital citizenship between the university students and to be aware of its importance in their life. The searcher also recommends to apply the four changes (sex, collage, the level of study and cumulative rate) on large number of students specially the changes (collage, the study level and cumulative rate) because of the statistical significance differences.
