AB - The study aimed to identify parents’ assessment of homework problems to students with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) compared to their normal peers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and to measure their impact on guardian and student variables. The study sample consisted of (89) guardians of students diagnosed with ADHD, and (96) guardians of normal students, who were chosen by simple random method. The study used the Homework Problem Checklist (HPC) as a study instrument. The study found that there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of homework problems among students with ADHD compared to their normal peers, in the direction of students with ADHD. The results did not show statistically significant differences in the variables of marital status, financial status, and the educational level of the guardian. It revealed statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) attributable to the variable of the respondent type, in the direction of the guardian (the father). The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the student’s classroom variable, and the fact of taking a drug treatment.
