AU - الوادعي، محمد سالم علي آل مداوي AB - هدف البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لمجموعة البرامج التدريبية المقدمة لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية بالمرحلة المتوسطة في ضوء احتياجاتهم. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وقام بإعداد أداة البحث (الاستبانة)، ثم تطبيقها على عينة البحث المكونة من (35) معلما من معلمي التربية الإسلامية بالمرحلة المتوسطة في مدارس شمال خميس مشيط، ويمثلون نسبة (45%) من مجتمع البحث المكون من (77) معلما، أما المعالجات الإحصائية المستخدمة بالبحث هي: المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية ومعاملات ألفا، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن ملائمة البرامج التدريبية لاحتياجات معلمي التربية الإسلامية بالمرحلة المتوسطة، حيث كان تقديرها بدرجة كبيرة، ومناسبة مدة البرامج التدريبية المقدمة لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية بالمرحلة المتوسطة مع البرامج التدريبية ذاتها، جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. ماعدا مراعاة البرامج التدريبية للجانب التطبيقي فجاءت بدرجة ضعيفة، أي أنها لا تراعي الجانب التطبيقي. The researcher used the descriptive method, prepared the research tool (the questionnaire), and then applied it to the research sample consisting of (35) teachers of Islamic education in the intermediate stage in north Khamis Mushait schools, and they represent (45%) of the research community consisting of (77) ) as a teacher, as for the statistical treatments used in the research are: arithmetic averages, standard deviations and alpha coefficients, and the results of the research resulted in the suitability of training programs to the needs of Islamic education teachers in the intermediate stage, as they were highly appreciated, and the duration of the training programs provided to Islamic education teachers in the intermediate stage with the training programs itself, it came with a moderate degree. With the exception of taking into account the training programs for the practical side, it came in a weak degree, that is, it does not take into account the practical side.
