AU - المالكي، يحيى بن محمد أحمد AU - الزهراني، إبراهيم حنش سعيد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تفعيل فرق العمل في مدارس التعليم العام بمكتب تعليم الداير من وجهة نظر قيادات المدارس، والتحقق من وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع تفعيل فرق العمل يعزى لمتغير الجنس والخبرة؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي واستعان بأداة الاستبانة التي طبقت على عينة من قيادات المدارس بلغ عددهم (68) قائدا وقائدة، وأظهرت الدراسة أن واقع تفعيل فرق العمل في مدارس التعليم العام بمكتب تعليم الداير جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وذلك على مستوى المحاور الأربعة للاستبانة، وهي: بناء فرق العمل، الاجتماعات الدورية لفرق العمل، تفعيل التوصيات، الصعوبات المتعلقة بتفعيل فرق العمل، كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول واقع تفعيل فرق العمل في مدارس التعليم العام بمكتب تعليم الداير تعزى لمتغير الجنس والخبرة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study examined the reality of activating the work-teams in schools from the viewpoint of school leaders in Al-Dayer education office. The aim of the study is to identify any significant differences among the individual responses due to the gender and/or the experience of the participants. In order to achieve the aim of the study, the researcher used a 33-item questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale to collect data from 68 participants of male and female leaders. Then, the researcher utilized the descriptive approach to analyze the data of this research study. The findings revealed high level of work team activation in four aspects namely: 1) work team building. 2) Periodic meetings. 3) Activation of meeting recommendations. 4) Difficulties related to work team activation. Further, the results showed no significant differences related to work team activation in schools due to the gender and/or the experience of the participants.
